Stuffed Paratha (Potato/Paneer)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • Water as needed
  • 1 medium boiled potato, mashed OR 1/4 cup crumbled paneer
  • 1/4 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste (minimal)
  • Ghee for cooking

Instructions

    Make dough

    Make soft dough with flour and water. Rest for 10 minutes.

    Prepare filling

    Mix mashed potato or paneer with spices and salt.

    Stuff and roll

    Roll small portions of dough, add filling, seal and roll gently into small parathas.

    Cook on tawa

    Cook on medium heat with ghee until golden spots appear on both sides.
