Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ragi flour
- 1 cup water or milk
- 1 tsp ghee
- Pinch of cardamom (optional)
- 1 tsp jaggery or mashed dates for sweetness (optional)

Mix ragi flour with little water to form smooth paste without lumps.

Boil remaining water, add ragi paste while stirring. Cook for 10-12 minutes until thick.
