Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup water or milk
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped vegetables (carrot, pumpkin)
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • Salt to taste (minimal)

Instructions

    Cook vegetables

    Steam or boil vegetables until very soft.

    Boil oats with water/milk until soft and creamy, about 8-10 minutes.
