Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp mixed nuts (almonds, cashews)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp ghee

Instructions

    Process dates

    Chop dates finely or pulse in food processor until paste-like.

    Add nuts and seeds

    Mix in finely chopped nuts and sesame seeds.

    Form ladoos

    Add ghee and form small, soft balls. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
