  • 2 tbsp moong dal
  • 2 tbsp mild vegetables (carrot, pumpkin)
  • 1 tsp ghee
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • Salt to taste (minimal)
  • 1.5 cups water

    Wash millet and dal thoroughly. Chop vegetables finely.
