Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup moong dal (green gram)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped cucumber
  • 1 tbsp boiled corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp crumbled paneer (optional)
  • Pinch of cumin powder
  • Salt to taste (minimal)

Instructions

    Cook moong

    Boil moong dal until very soft and mushy.

    Mix in chopped cucumber, corn, and paneer if using.
