Ingredients
- 1/2 cup besan (gram flour)
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp finely grated vegetables (carrot, onion)
- 2 tbsp crumbled paneer
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- Pinch of cumin powder
- Salt to taste (minimal for toddlers)
- 1 tsp oil or ghee

Make batter
Mix besan with water to form a smooth batter. Add vegetables, spices, and salt.

Heat pan with oil. Pour batter to make small cheelas. Sprinkle paneer on top and cook until golden.

Fold the cheela gently and cut into finger-friendly pieces.
